About Founder Contributions

  • Where's my receipt? Check your email (including spam/promotions folders). If you don't see it within 10 minutes, email us.
  • Can I change my contribution level? Yes! Email us and we'll help you upgrade or adjust your package.
  • What happens after I contribute? You'll receive a confirmation email with next steps and an onboarding form to finalize your schedule preferences.
  • When do classes start? We're in the launch phase. Founding contributors get priority scheduling and early access announcements.

About SMS Messages

  • How do I stop receiving texts? Reply STOP to any message, or see our SMS Terms for other opt-out methods.
  • I'm not receiving texts. Check if your carrier supports SMS. Contact us and we'll verify your number is correct.
  • How often will I get texts? Message frequency varies. Usually 2-4 per month for class updates, plus occasional announcements. See SMS Terms for details.

Payment & Billing

  • Payment methods accepted? We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover).
  • Is my payment secure? Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card information.
  • Can I get a refund? See our Founder Contribution Terms for refund policy details.
  • Payment plans available? For certain contribution levels, yes. Email us to discuss options.

Privacy & Data

  • How is my data used? See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
  • Do you share my information? Never. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • How do I update my contact info? Email us with your updated details and we'll update your account.
