Message frequency varies. You may receive:

  • Immediate: Contribution confirmation (1 message)
  • Weekly: During launch phase (1-2 messages per week)
  • Ongoing: Class reminders and schedule updates (2-4 messages per month)
  • Occasional: Special announcements and event invites (as needed)

We will never spam you. All messages are relevant to your contribution or class participation.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Sparkle and Soul Fitness does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may. We are not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.
